Quality Policy

Boz IMEX s.a.s. di Boz Renato & C., through the adoption and implementation of a Management System in accordance with the UNI EN ISO 9001:2015 standard, aims to pursue the following main objectives:

  • satisfy customers and suppliers
  • provide a full range of qualified services that comply with specified requirements

In order to achieve these objectives, the Management undertakes to:

 

  • make adequate resources available
  • give the necessary authority to the Manager of the Management System to ensure the proper System administration, so that all activities influencing quality and impacting customer satisfaction, which are essential for the company's success, are adequately supervised
  • conduct the Context Analysis once a year to identify risks and/or opportunities, analyzing external and internal factors, the needs and expectations of interested parties, while considering the impact of climate change
  • perform internal audits and the System reviewing at least once a year to ensure its continued suitability, adequacy, and effectiveness, and in this regard, also evaluate the appropriateness of the Company's Policy
  • identify weaknesses or undesired trends, determine their causes, and take appropriate corrective or preventive actions in line with the principle of Continuous Improvement, ensuring the availability of adequate resources and defining implementation timelines and responsibilities
